Shayne A. Mader, Founder, graduated from Queens University, Charlotte, NC with a Bachelors Degree in business and a concentration in marketing. 

After graduating, she joined the corporate world and began  working with Ambassadors International managing  the housing needs for city-wide conventions and events.  During her time with Ambassadors, she traveled throughout the Southeast  and Midwest conducting city-wide hotel inspections to provide quality accommodations for her clients.    

After leaving Ambassadors, Shayne joined Sunbelt Rentals, a nationwide equipment rental company based in the Charlotte area.   During her 5 years with Sunbelt, she  gained extensive experience planning hundreds of small meetings and events. Her organizing skills and attention to detail played a vital role as the Training Center's facility administrator.

Shayne saw a need for business support among small business owners.  In 2006, she founded Kyo to make her talents and skills available to multiple businesses and corporations.  This simple idea, and strong determination, has already provided innovative solutions for many companies and individuals alike. 

Today, the Kyo network of virtual assistants is growing.  Our purpose is no longer to simply support our clients.  Kyo is a place for educated people to connect with other skilled professionals.  Using our gifts, talents and education Kyo virtual assistants take charge of their career no matter how long they've been out of the work force.  We are always looking for qualified people to reach businesses in need across America.
